Christmas Break Fun!

So I've decided to cave and join the blogging world. We'll see how this goes, but mostly it's to get pictures of Addy out and share some of the fun pictures I get to take! :) And since I write emails to my little sis, Sadie serving a mission in Canada, I have motivation to get something together at least once a week. :)

So this details a little bit of our crazy travels and activities over the Christmas break! :)
  Addy and I took off on the 17th of Dec and we managed to fly all the way to SLC, get picked up by Court and make it to the Critchfield residence without Cameron to referee :)

  I hit up Angie's wedding (freezing cold in the SLC temple) on the 20th while Addy hung out with the big boys... Wes, Court, Justin, & Vato... for 4-ish hours even... :) Impressive of them huh...

  That evening, as the padres, drove through we jumped in the Green Thing with the rest of the crew and rode down to Phoenix... to make it to:

  Julia's wedding on the 21st in the Mesa temple was nice and warm. Lots of family to keep things happy and fun, so we ate lots, danced lots,

and ate some more before jumping back in the Green Thing and hitting the hotel that night...
  After a rousing ride to church on the 22nd, we enjoyed church and then some food and fun at the Jones' rented house. :) We did make it down to Green Valley that night in time to do some grocery shopping... Cam drove in from Texas just in time to pick Taubi up from the airport and the two of them met us down in Green Valley!

  After a day of fun in the sun volleyballing and swimming/treading water/almost drowning, Cam and I drove through the night to make it up to Springville for Christmas Eve with the Critchfields. :) Not the warm sandy and sunny Christmas I was used to but still great.
  We had a fun time sledding down the front driveway and playing in the snow,

opening presents, skiing a couple times,

 eating lots of food, seeing the padres on their way back to Wyoming, playing games,

winning some basketball, playing with cousins,

 cooking food for the Critchfield family get together,

exercising it off,

 doing projects, and just relaxing! Addy also had a good time chasing Rosie, their dog, around. She'd whack her on the back/head/wherever her hand landed a couple times to be so nice... :) I guess it was good pay back because the doggies tail was just at her face height... (Plus Colby and Julia brought their young frisky dog, Sage, over and so it was double the fun... Addy got both of them pretty well and wasn't even scared of them!)
  After all of the fun, we got home Jan 4th to unpack and get back on a semi-normal schedule before school started again for Cam and Addy and I were just here at home doing all the important things we do here! :)

P.S. I did get a good photoshoot in of Colby & Julia which will probably be the next entry! Fun stuff!
